Tholules Enterprises CC is a South African engineering enterprise registered since 2007, specialising in rail infrastructure, structural engineering, civil works and incident investigation. The practice is led by Mr Innocent “Thobile” Zulu, a Professional Technologist Engineer whose career began in power station civil engineering at Eskom — spanning Duvha Power Station and the Megawatt Park Civil and Building department — before moving into rail, where he has served as Engineering Manager on the Bombela CJV Gautrain Rapid Rail PPP Concession since 2006. More than eighteen years across the full infrastructure lifecycle — planning, design, construction, maintenance and independent investigation — sit behind verified engagements for the Railway Safety Regulator, Bombela CJV, PRASA and the National Nuclear Regulator.
